Requirements

  • Passion and excitement for customer service
  • Fast-paced leadership experience with a lead by example approach (willing to get your hands dirty!)
  • Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
