About the role

  • Key Account Manager for Mass Market driving growth and managing high-impact accounts. Collaborating with marketing, logistics, and finance to implement innovative sales development strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving quantitative and qualitative sales goals
  • Effectively planning and executing agreements and strategic plans for brands
  • Full responsibility for the client's P&L
  • Creating promotional strategies based on the current portfolio and product innovations
  • Participating in cross-functional teams supporting category and brand development
  • Creating and implementing innovative ideas for sales development
  • Analyzing the market situation and business results of clients
  • Close cooperation with the marketing, logistics, and finance departments
  • Preparing reports for regular client summaries and updates

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position with documented successes
  • Collaboration with key networks in the pharmacy and/or FMCG market
  • Good knowledge of the pharmacy channel and experience working with networks in leading Mass Market categories
  • Understanding of principles of cooperation with key clients based on margin level and P&L analysis
  • Ability for strategic thinking and comprehensive data analysis
  • Highly developed negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Goal orientation with strong motivation and dedication
  • Higher education degree
  • Readiness for frequent business trips throughout Poland
  • Fluency in Polish and English
