About the role

  • GL Accountant coordinating General Ledger improvements at Perrigo. Supporting business users and ensuring compliance with US GAAP in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for execution of General Ledger continues improvement activities assigned to Perrigo Services International Poland
  • Consolidate and own R2R Continues Improvement Agenda (both processes & systems)
  • Create Excel automations for manual templates based on macro solutions
  • Act as Cadency System Administrator, supporting business users in their queries
  • Contribute to the completion of the month-end close process, including posting entries in accordance with US GAAP

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
  • Additional Accounting Certification would be a plus
  • Solid knowledge of Finance and General Ledger
  • At least 3 years experience in similar role within Business Shared Service Centre structures
  • Familiarity with Cadency or Blackline
  • Ability to design process maps (Visio/PPT)
  • SAP Finance experience
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Advanced command of Excel, incl. macros/VBA
