Responsibilities
Responsible for communication and execution in the On Premise channel (nightclubs, bars and restaurants), promoting the brand experience of Pernod Ricard products at establishments and on digital platforms, in accordance with company standards, with the goal of driving distribution and encouraging sales.
Negotiate programs to increase the volume of Pernod Ricard products at points of sale such as clubs, events and bars; present the beverage portfolio with a focus on volume, distribution and brand visibility in the market, aligned with company standards;
Assist customers who participate in our volume programs with redeeming their points;
Develop and maintain a presence in the e-commerce channels of our partners;
Ensure Pernod Ricard products are featured on menus whenever possible, exposing our brands and developing cocktail offerings with drink menus associated with our portfolio;
Develop communication briefs and execute them in the establishment or on digital platforms based on analyses made during visits, aiming to enhance brand experience and volume returns for the On Premise channel;
Analyze communications within the On Premise client base to verify that beverage visibility and displays are appropriate; assess venue layout and overall visual communication to improve Pernod Ricard brand visibility and increase sales volume;
Provide training to client employees, presenting Pernod Ricard product differentials versus competitors; provide information on product production, demonstrate serving methods, possible cocktails, and encourage sales tied to responsible consumption;
Monitor monthly purchases and inventories of products at points of sale (clubs, events, bars) using reports from the distributor to support decision-making;
Execute promotional activities offering discounts or gifts with our clients; monitor volume performance and perform follow-up actions when necessary; whenever possible, associate promotions with responsible consumption;
Manage the regional budget according to the expected ROI;
Follow up on payment processes with the partner distributor and direct clients, meeting all established deadlines;
Monitor competitor activities in clubs, events and bars; build relationships, gather information and generate ideas to incentivize sales in the On Premise channel;
Analyze and track monthly information related to visits, updated client data and promotional activities carried out; prepare reports and report to the immediate supervisor to ensure control and support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising.
Knowledge of the consumer goods market, preferably in beverages.
