Responsibilities

  • Project management for organizational projects with an IT focus
  • Subproject leadership, coordination, execution and support of projects in IT / organization
  • Support in process optimization, implementation of new systems and technologies
  • Support in operational support of process-related IT and organizational topics
  • Coordination of internal and external resources to define and implement requirements
  • Stakeholder management

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a technician or business administrator, ideally a degree in Business Informatics, Information Management or Business Administration
  • Experience in project management; certifications in traditional and/or agile project methodologies are an advantage
  • Experience with general business processes within organizations and their departments
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Good understanding of business and logistics processes
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
