Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for non-legal tasks
Support project-based tasks submitted to the Hub
Be primary resource for time-intensive and/or recurring projects
Effectively use operational tools such as Outlook, WebEx, iManage, and Service Now
Adhere to best practices for completing tasks
Capture project time and data for operational reports
Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects efficiently
Requirements
Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
One-three years of administrative or law firm experience preferred
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Interest/aptitude in using/learning applications such as MacPac/Big Hand Create, DocXTools, and Adobe Pro
Familiarity with legal terminology and development of legal documentation
Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents
Strong problem-solving capability and resiliency
Customer-centric orientation
Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and highly organized
