Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • Implement and uphold office policies, health, and safety procedures.
  • Manage daily office operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events and office rituals.
  • Track the office budget and prepare expense reports.
  • Act as the primary liaison for office visitors, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
  • Partner closely with Finance, People, and IT teams on onboarding and offboarding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or operations roles.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and office infrastructure.
  • Experience with budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor negotiations.
  • Ability to plan and execute internal events.
  • Experience with global, multi-stakeholder management and coordination across teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
