About the role

  • Admin Assistant providing day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the new office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Supporting Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth business operations across Central Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day ‑ to ‑ day administrative and logistical support to our brand new office
  • Coordinate between teams and projects to ensure our business operations and on ground trips are smooth and efficient
  • Significantly contribute towards delivering the best value and experience for our customers travelling across Central Asia!

Requirements

  • Basic computer literacy, including email, document management and Microsoft 365
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support day-to-day operations
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree would be advantageous but not mandatory.
