Responsibilities
Lead onboarding projects for SMB/mid-market Travel & Spend customers.
Apply change management and Finance acumen to consult customers and accelerate their adoption and activation.
Configure Travel & Spend setups including policies, standard workflows, and standard Per Diems.
Coordinate stakeholders across finance, HR, IT, and travel management.
Set up and troubleshoot plug&play ERP integrations (Spend Export File, DateV, Xero).
Configure and support SSO, HRIS, and SCIM integrations.
Provide a world-class onboarding journey with early booking and expense activity.
Requirements
Proven track of solid performance in implementation team (Travel) with a minimum of 6 months as Travel IS
Solid technical acumen in supporting the self-serve Perk integrations SSO/HRIS/SCIM
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills with a customer-first mindset.

Highly organized with a high level of administrative ability and keen eye for detail.
