About the role

  • Quality Manager assisting in Non-Conformance management and ISO compliance in Japan. Leading quality assurance initiatives with a focus on customer complaint resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Non-Conformance management and customer complaint investigation
  • Assist Quality manager with implementation of the overall Quality system plans
  • Coordinate with all relevant functions to set up ISO system
  • Support Quality Improvement Projects / Tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in chemistry
  • Minimum 5 years in production, R&D or QA field
  • Excellent knowledge of production/chemical and the respective Quality assurance/performance characteristics
  • Good understanding of Quality/Environmental Safety standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, ISO 18001, ISO 14001)
  • Good communication skills with reading/writing/listening/speaking in English.
