Responsibilities
Planning, conducting and evaluating regular quality inspections
Identifying sources of defects in production processes and workflows
Handling complaints and reviewing customer complaints on site
Monitoring critical production processes
Performing root cause analyses and deriving corrective actions, including documentation
Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective measures
Training employees on quality requirements and processes, and promoting continuous improvement of product quality
Preparing and supporting internal and external audits
Drafting procedures and work instructions, technical information and processing guidelines
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trade field
Further training or certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Management) is an advantage
Professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in an industrial environment
Experience with quality assurance methods, root cause analysis and process optimization is desirable
Strong organisational skills and a solution-oriented, structured approach to work
Strong communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness
Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
