About the role
- Quality Engineer at Brink responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 standards and improving production processes. Work collaboratively within the quality team to support and advise on critical processes.
Responsibilities
- Onderhouden en continu verbeteren van het ISO 9001-gecertificeerde kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem
- Actief en consistent gebruik van best-practice methodes en systemen stimuleren
- Uitvoeren van rootcause analyses (RCA)
- Identificeren en bespreken van risico’s binnen de organisatie
- Interne voorlichting verzorgen op het gebied van afwijkingen en procesverbeteringen
Requirements
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Quality Engineer, Quality Coördinator of een vergelijkbare rol
- Kennis van World Class Manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma)
- Ervaring met Root Cause Analyses (RCA) zoals 8D, 5WHY, FMEA en/of A3
- Ervaring met interne en externe audits op het gebied van ISO 9001
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
