Responsibilities
Plan and implement regional dialogue and community marketing measures to recruit new blood and plasma donors and sustainably increase the regional visibility of our donation figures.
Take responsibility for active donor acquisition through targeted campaigns, events, promotion formats and direct personal outreach — both on-site and as part of mobile outreach activities.
Build, maintain and manage regional networks and partnerships with companies, clubs, educational institutions and other local partners to develop long-term donor potential and foster community engagement.
Develop and execute regional donation and outreach activities in line with central marketing guidelines — including creative approaches for acquiring new donors, reactivating previous donors and increasing regional visibility.
Analyze the effectiveness of measures carried out and derive concrete optimization steps to increase the efficiency of our outreach and marketing activities.
Expand regional blood donation events: identify new municipalities, companies or clubs for external donation drives and evaluate existing locations.
Support donor retention and reactivation through personal, dialogue-oriented communication — by phone, in direct contact and via other appropriate channels and media.
Work closely and operationally with regional management, center management and central marketing to optimally implement regional objectives and ensure a consistent, professional presence in donor contact.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in dialog marketing, marketing communications, event management, sales or a related field.
Career changers with relevant professional experience are explicitly welcome.
Degree not required (but advantageous if in marketing, communications, media, business or social sciences).
At least two years of relevant experience in dialog marketing, promotion, community/event management, field sales or direct outreach.
Experience addressing regional target groups.
Practical experience in planning, organizing and executing regional activities (events, information days, promotions, partnership events).
Experience building and maintaining regional networks.
Proven ability in personal and telephone outreach.
Basic understanding of impact/effectiveness analysis (performance measurement).
Excellent German skills, good English skills.
Willingness to travel (2–3 days per week) and a valid driving license (class B).
Nice-to-have: experience in healthcare, nonprofit or fundraising environments.
