About the role

  • Safety and Health Specialist ensuring compliance and conducting risk analyses for an international water and hygiene company. Involving accident investigation and preventive measures for safe operations in D/CH.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document risk analyses accurately
  • Investigate accidents, identify causes, and improve prevention measures
  • Ensure compliance and meet regulatory requirements
  • Optimize processes and further develop standards
  • Support audits and quantify results
  • Identify and assess risks
  • Implement preventive measures
  • Analyze and document accidents
  • Provide field service coverage in Germany and Switzerland
  • Maintain reporting systems and ensure KPIs
  • Train and coach employees

Requirements

  • Completed qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist
  • Degree in Safety Engineering / Engineering is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in occupational safety
  • Experience in the chemical, food, or industrial sectors desirable
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Switzerland
