Responsibilities
Design dedicated tooling and mechanical or electromechanical assemblies.
Develop test plans and qualification programs for the systems being developed.
Oversee preventive maintenance and participate in troubleshooting and repair operations for subsea vehicles and their tooling.
Participate in or supervise acceptance tests, including at-sea trials.
Produce technical reports and test summaries in close collaboration with project teams and the design office.
Actively collaborate with engineers and technicians during analysis, disassembly, and reassembly phases.
Contribute to improving reliability and the continuous improvement of mechanical systems.
Requirements
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Bac+5).
Proven initial experience in mechanical systems design, ideally in the marine or industrial sector.
Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, and drawing generation).
Strong understanding of complex mechanical and electromechanical systems.
Ability to work at sea or in constrained environments.
Technical curiosity and interest in related fields (breathing gas systems, electronics, IT, material handling, etc.).
Team spirit, rigor, and strong customer service orientation.
'Secret Défense' security clearance (or ability to obtain it) required for certain assignments.
