About the role

Responsibilities
- Design dedicated tooling and mechanical or electromechanical assemblies.
- Develop test plans and qualification programs for the systems being developed.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and participate in troubleshooting and repair operations for subsea vehicles and their tooling.
- Participate in or supervise acceptance tests, including at-sea trials.
- Produce technical reports and test summaries in close collaboration with project teams and the design office.
- Actively collaborate with engineers and technicians during analysis, disassembly, and reassembly phases.
- Contribute to improving reliability and the continuous improvement of mechanical systems.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Proven initial experience in mechanical systems design, ideally in the marine or industrial sector.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, and drawing generation).
- Strong understanding of complex mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Ability to work at sea or in constrained environments.
- Technical curiosity and interest in related fields (breathing gas systems, electronics, IT, material handling, etc.).
- Team spirit, rigor, and strong customer service orientation.
- 'Secret Défense' security clearance (or ability to obtain it) required for certain assignments.
