About the role
- Senior Embedded Electronics HW Design Engineer at the Interroll Group designing and validating embedded hardware systems. Collaborating on electronic assembly systems within a dynamic international team in Linz, Austria.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to concept development and system design of electronic and electromechanical assemblies
- Product development: electronic circuit design and PCB/PCBA layout design
- Development and integration of communication electronics
- Performing electronic simulations and analyses
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Supporting prototype assembly and validation through PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in embedded hardware development
- Experience in schematic and PCB/PCBA design with Altium Designer
- Strong knowledge of microcontroller-based system design
- Experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., LTSpice, PSpice)
- Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit engineering
- Proven expertise in EMI/EMC design techniques
- Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes
- Hands-on debugging experience with oscilloscopes and other lab equipment
- Very good German and English skills (at least B2)
- Strong willingness to learn and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel
