About the role

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, managerial income statements (DRE), and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform cash flow projections, budget control, and monitoring of financial targets.
  • Support the executive team in decision-making by providing data-driven analyses and recommendations.
  • Post and reconcile accounting and bank transactions, ensuring data integrity.
  • Issue, verify, and file invoices, ensuring compliance with tax and fiscal regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including interactions with suppliers and banks.
  • Support audit processes, month-end/period-end closings, and budget reviews.
  • Participate in projects to improve and automate financial processes and in the implementation of systems (ERP/BI).
  • Collaborate with business, accounting, and technology teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in corporate finance, controllership, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of financial operational routines (e.g., issuing invoices, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas of the company.
