About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst managing financial reports, KPIs, and assisting in strategic financial decisions. Requires strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, managerial income statements (DRE), and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform cash flow projections, budget control, and monitoring of financial targets.
- Support the executive team in decision-making by providing data-driven analyses and recommendations.
- Post and reconcile accounting and bank transactions, ensuring data integrity.
- Issue, verify, and file invoices, ensuring compliance with tax and fiscal regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including interactions with suppliers and banks.
- Support audit processes, month-end/period-end closings, and budget reviews.
- Participate in projects to improve and automate financial processes and in the implementation of systems (ERP/BI).
- Collaborate with business, accounting, and technology teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Solid experience in corporate finance, controllership, or related areas.
- Knowledge of financial operational routines (e.g., issuing invoices, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas of the company.
