About the role

Responsibilities
- You will be the SAP point of reference, connecting business areas, IT and external partners to ensure the system supports the company’s strategy with stability, performance and continuous evolution.
- Coordinate the SAP team (functional and/or technical), prioritizing requests and projects.
- Act as the focal point between business areas, IT and vendors.
- Ensure governance of changes, releases and improvements in SAP.
- Map business needs and translate them into viable SAP solutions.
- Monitor performance, availability and quality indicators.
- Support rollout projects, upgrades and new functionalities.
- Guide the team on best practices, documentation and compliance.
Requirements
- Solid experience in SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) in a coordination or leadership role.
- Previous experience as a coordinator, primarily for the modules SD, WM/EWM and MM.
- Experience managing requests, backlogs, prioritization and relationships with business areas.
- Knowledge of integrated processes and an end-to-end (cross-module) process view.
- Clear communication skills, negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, according to company policy.
- Fluent/advanced English.
- Experience in implementation or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in complex environments (large companies, multinationals or consultancies).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to SAP projects.
