About the role

  • SAP Coordinator responsible for connecting business areas, IT, and external partners for strategic support. Leading SAP team while ensuring stability and continuous evolution of the SAP system in Cotia.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the SAP point of reference, connecting business areas, IT and external partners to ensure the system supports the company’s strategy with stability, performance and continuous evolution.
  • Coordinate the SAP team (functional and/or technical), prioritizing requests and projects.
  • Act as the focal point between business areas, IT and vendors.
  • Ensure governance of changes, releases and improvements in SAP.
  • Map business needs and translate them into viable SAP solutions.
  • Monitor performance, availability and quality indicators.
  • Support rollout projects, upgrades and new functionalities.
  • Guide the team on best practices, documentation and compliance.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) in a coordination or leadership role.
  • Previous experience as a coordinator, primarily for the modules SD, WM/EWM and MM.
  • Experience managing requests, backlogs, prioritization and relationships with business areas.
  • Knowledge of integrated processes and an end-to-end (cross-module) process view.
  • Clear communication skills, negotiation and decision-making abilities.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, according to company policy.
  • Fluent/advanced English.
  • Experience in implementation or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in complex environments (large companies, multinationals or consultancies).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to SAP projects.
