About the role

  • FP&A Coordinator leading financial planning and analysis in a global-focused company. Collaborating with various departments to support decision-making and improve financial strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and FP&A processes aligned with global guidelines.
  • Consolidate, validate and analyze financial information from business areas and units.
  • Perform P&L and working capital analyses, explaining variances versus budget/forecast.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Production, Logistics, Commercial/Sales and SG&A.
  • Prepare and present management and executive reports to local leadership and corporate headquarters.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.
  • Lead standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives within Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in financial planning / FP&A.
  • Solid accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills.
  • Business acumen and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Agile, critical mindset with a results-driven and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building with areas such as Sales, Procurement, Supply and HR.
  • Advanced Excel and experience working in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP (financial modules and CO).
  • Experience in a multinational environment, reporting to corporate headquarters and working with a global calendar.
  • Advanced or fluent English for interaction with global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Tagetik.
