About the role

  • Strategy & Operations Analyst at Pennylane, optimizing processes and supporting the Partner Success department's strategic decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and deliver measurable impacts.

Responsibilities

  • Process optimization: Collaborate with departmental teams to build, maintain, and continuously improve internal processes, in coordination with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Tools environment management: Ensure the consistency, performance, and adoption of the tools used by teams, notably around our CRM Salesforce, and recommend enhancements based on operational needs.
  • Performance management: Implement in-depth analyses and relevant dashboards, in collaboration with a team of data analysts, to track key indicators, identify levers for optimization, and support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Support for strategic decisions: Actively participate in the department’s strategic thinking and planning, challenge ideas, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Coaching & knowledge transfer: Play a key role in sharing your expertise within the Strategy & Ops team by supporting more junior profiles in their development. Contribute actively to fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.
  • Responsibility for strategic roadmaps: Own the definition, planning, and deployment of roadmaps for strategic projects. From scoping to implementation, ensure alignment with company objectives and delivery of measurable impact.
  • Management of cross-functional projects: Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams. Your ability to manage complex projects and bring stakeholders together will be essential to the success of these missions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a startup/scale-up or similar environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proven track record of successful long-term project deployments (e.g., launching a new team, deploying a ticketing tool, implementing a new CRM)
  • Strong Excel skills; basic knowledge of SQL and/or Salesforce is a plus
  • Problem-solver mindset, able to solve complex problems autonomously
  • 100% hands-on profile: willing to get hands dirty to tackle strategic topics
  • Fast learner and comfortable in a very fast-changing environment
  • Strong sense of ownership, drive, and autonomy
  • Rigorous, structured, and organized
  • Excellent adaptability and communication skills
