About the role

  • Paid Marketing Manager responsible for optimizing online ad campaigns at Pennylane, helping entrepreneurs manage finances. Collaborating with a creative team to achieve revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the paid strategy by optimizing our various channels to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Operational management and oversight of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.: creation, analysis, optimization, evaluation and reporting.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and track associated performance metrics on both the platform side and the business side (CTR%, CPM, CVR%, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
  • Make budget allocation recommendations across channels and campaigns based on objectives and expected results.
  • Design and execute a testing plan to continuously improve results.
  • Work closely with our creative team.
  • Identify future growth levers.

Requirements

  • You have 1 to 4 years of experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns (paid social, SEA, online video, etc.) at an advertiser or agency, with significant budgets.
  • You have excellent mastery of ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
  • You enjoy deepening your knowledge, have a strong interest in new technologies, AI and emerging use cases, and aspire to become the go-to expert in paid acquisition.
  • You can draft an advertising brief and collaborate closely with a creative team.
  • You are data-driven: you draw conclusions and implement action plans.
  • You are rigorous, methodical and analytical.
  • You enjoy working in a team in a fast-changing environment.
