About the role

  • Technical Sales Engineer managing BESISTA systems and supporting clients in Germany. Responsibilities include customer consultations and technical workshops for construction firms.

Responsibilities

  • Technical sales of the BESISTA tension and compression rod system as well as other fastening systems across Germany
  • Proactive support and consulting for existing customers (steel and timber builders, engineering firms, architects, construction companies)
  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of the sales network in the steel and timber construction sector
  • Technical advice and support to customers in selecting and applying the systems for their projects
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and technical workshops
  • Close cooperation with the technical internal sales team and product management

Requirements

  • Completed technical qualification in civil engineering, steel construction, or timber construction
  • Several years of experience in technical sales or project consulting in the field of steel construction, timber construction, and tension/compression rod systems
  • Good knowledge of structural design and connection/fastening technology in construction
  • Confident handling of technical drawings, structural calculations, and tender documents
  • Proficient use of common office applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Excellent spoken and written German
  • Good command of English
