About the role
- Product Manager developing SAP solutions and managing projects in cloud environments for medium-sized enterprises. Working with technology stack of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung und Kommunikation einer klaren Produktvision mit Fokus auf Kundennutzen und Marktpotenzial.
- Strategische Steuerung des Product Backlogs inkl. Priorisierung, Story-Definition und Releaseplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit PO und TPMs.

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, Kunden und dem Entwicklungsteam.

- Mitgestaltung von Preis-, Lizenz- und Betriebsmodellen.
- Steuerung von Go-to-Market-Aktivitäten und Unterstützung bei vertrieblichen Maßnahmen.
- Monitoring von KPIs wie Umsatz, Kosten, Marktposition und Kundenzufriedenheit.
Requirements
- Fachwissen in Cloud-Technologie (AWS, Azure, Google) und AI.
- Fachwissen über den gesamten SAP Technologie Stack.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit strategischer Verantwortung.
- Fundiertes Verständnis agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und digitaler Produktentwicklung.
- Gute Fähigkeiten, Markttrends zu erkennen und diese strategisch zu nutzen.
- Unternehmerisches Denken, analytische Stärke mit Fokus auf Business Value.
- Ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Management- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Innovationskompetenz im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz und datengetriebene Produkte.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und IT.
- Kenntnisse in Tools wie z.B. Jira, Confluence oder Azure DevOps von Vorteil.
- Optional: Zertifizierung als Scrum Product Owner (z. B. PSPO, CSPO).
- LANGUAGE SKILLS: schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation in Deutsch (muttersprachliches Niveau) und Englisch (businesstauglich).
