About the role

  • Talent Sourcer supporting global and local hiring needs by engaging potential candidates. Focused on building strong talent pipelines and providing strategic insights for recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates to support global and local hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Review CVs and online profiles, ensuring accurate and consistent candidate information.
  • Track and organize candidate details—including URLs and notes—in Excel, Google Sheets, and the ATS.
  • Partner with global and local recruiters to understand hiring needs and align sourcing efforts.
  • Conduct talent and market research to support sourcing strategies.
  • Support diversity-focused sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Provide weekly updates and sourcing reports, contributing to data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate across time zones and adjust availability when needed for global meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome if they have 2–3 years of combined experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Assistant, or in a similar Talent Acquisition role, including part-time work, internships, or related student jobs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing profiles and organizing candidate data.
  • English level B2–C1 (written and spoken.
