- Provide weekly updates and sourcing reports, contributing to data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate across time zones and adjust availability when needed for global meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome if they have 2–3 years of combined experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Assistant, or in a similar Talent Acquisition role, including part-time work, internships, or related student jobs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing profiles and organizing candidate data.
- English level B2–C1 (written and spoken.
