Responsibilities
Conducting pricing proposal analyses in alignment with market characteristics and sales expectations.
Understanding the cost structure of local EMEA markets and the competitive context.
Identifying gross margin alerts and implementing action plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborating with the team to regularly update internal analytical tools.
Working with the sales team to define pricing strategies for individual countries.
Identifying changes in pricing and strategies for improvement.
Managing and calculating prices for strategic merchants and pricing offers, including global merchants.
Preparing business justifications regarding market changes, new products, and initiatives.
Utilizing data and insights from company reports and products to identify revenue opportunities, draw conclusions, and make decisions.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support optimal pricing decisions.
Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with pricing processes.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, margin management, financial controlling, or promotional management.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on statistical analysis, problem-solving and data analysis.
Exceptional drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills to articulate complex data clearly.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Polish.
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, including communication and flexibility.
