- Lead through influence across Product , Engineering , Design and Data teams.
- Anticipate technical dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, and guide the program team through clear, scalable paths forward.
- Create clarity where there’s ambiguity—using data, insight, and storytelling to inform stakeholders and enable smart decision-making.
- Elevate the craft of program management by championing Agile, SAFe , and Lean practices.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence across globally distributed teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment
- Experience driving complex , cross-functional programs involving mobile apps, websites, backend systems, and APIs.
- Strong technical fluency—you can navigate architecture conversations and partner credibly with engineers.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and program governance at enterprise scale.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and problem-solving skills across all levels of the org.
- Passion for consumer experiences, developer velocity, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
