Responsibilities
The Commercial Executive is responsible for prospecting and maintaining the client portfolio, building and sustaining strong relationships with retailers (B2B).
They are responsible for increasing originations and onboarding new partners in the assigned territory through frequent fieldwork (store visits) to provide support, training, and implement incentive campaigns and targeted marketing, ensuring the achievement and surpassing of sales and partner productivity targets.
Requirements
Technical or university studies in related fields such as Business Administration, Communications, or similar areas.
Experience in outside sales with route planning.
Experience selling software, mobile devices, in the telecommunications industry, financial services, or merchant acquiring.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships and train partner personnel.
Results-oriented: proactivity, organization, perseverance, and resilience are essential attributes.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills are required, as you will be responsible for store performance and sales.
Availability to travel to visit stores; must have own transportation to cover assigned areas (car).
In-depth knowledge of the Greater Florianópolis region with availability to explore the entire state to develop the market.
