Responsibilities
Active prospecting of new customers within your assigned micro-region
Management of the sales pipeline and commercial visits
Consultative selling focused on tailored solutions
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with B2B customers
Submitting reports and participating in commercial meetings with H2M
Requirements
Legal entity (Pessoa Jurídica) with an active CNPJ (mandatory)
High school diploma required (higher education is a plus)
Must reside in the target region and have knowledge of the local market
Own a vehicle and availability for frequent travel
Proficient with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp Business)
Organized and able to track/manage targets and visits
Ability to manage a client portfolio and provide excellent after-sales service
Active client portfolio in industrial or food sectors
Previous experience with plastic packaging, flexible packaging, kraft paper, custom boxes or bags
Participation in industry trade shows and events
Strong digital presence (commercial LinkedIn profile, networking, participation in sales groups)
