  • Representante Comercial for H2M Embalagens managing B2B client relationships and driving sales in Minas Gerais. Focused on active prospecting and consultative selling of packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Active prospecting of new customers within your assigned micro-region
  • Management of the sales pipeline and commercial visits
  • Consultative selling focused on tailored solutions
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with B2B customers
  • Submitting reports and participating in commercial meetings with H2M

Requirements

  • Legal entity (Pessoa Jurídica) with an active CNPJ (mandatory)
  • High school diploma required (higher education is a plus)
  • Must reside in the target region and have knowledge of the local market
  • Own a vehicle and availability for frequent travel
  • Proficient with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp Business)
  • Organized and able to track/manage targets and visits
  • Ability to manage a client portfolio and provide excellent after-sales service
  • Active client portfolio in industrial or food sectors
  • Previous experience with plastic packaging, flexible packaging, kraft paper, custom boxes or bags
  • Participation in industry trade shows and events
  • Strong digital presence (commercial LinkedIn profile, networking, participation in sales groups)
