Responsibilities
Focus on enabling existing Microsoft partners to drive adoption, activation, and expansion of AI capabilities
Execute partner growth plays by turning Microsoft-focused strategies into practical, repeatable actions
Run enablement moments that matter including workshops, briefings, webinars and campaigns
Mobilise partner go-to-market by helping partners shape compelling offers, packages and messaging
Guide partners through Microsoft programs and resources
Use Microsoft targeting insights to identify customer opportunities
Build a consistent engagement rhythm with partners and internal stakeholders
Support key lifecycle moments such as renewals and Microsoft-led calls to action
Continuously upskill in Microsoft AI through certifications and structured learning
Requirements
Proven experience in partner-facing sales, marketing, enablement, or business development within the IT or cloud ecosystem
Strong understanding of the Microsoft partner landscape and what drives partner growth and capability
Familiarity with Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot
Confidence facilitating workshops, webinars or briefings
Ability to turn strategy into action: building plans, running outreach, and executing campaigns across multiple channels
Comfortable navigating complexity, juggling priorities, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned
Relationship-first approach: empathetic, credible, and able to influence without authority
Commitment to complete an applicable Microsoft certification within your first 90 days
