Responsibilities
You support the entire employee life cycle — from A (employment contract) to Z (work reference).
You write and publish targeted, attractive job advertisements and manage the entire application process.
You perform active sourcing across appropriate channels.
You support our onboarding processes and assist with training and development initiatives.
You contribute to our careers website, social media and employer branding/recruitment marketing activities.
You help implement new tools and optimize HR processes.
You assist in organizing team and recruiting events.
You carry out organizational and personnel administrative tasks.
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk, office administrator) or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
Initial experience in the HR field (recruiting, personnel administration, internship or working student role).
Preferably first exposure to software/tech recruiting or a strong interest to gain expertise in this area.
Experience with HR software and active sourcing is an advantage.
Good English skills and confident use of MS Office.
Structured, reliable and precise working style with a team-player mentality.
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on attitude.
Excellent communication skills and discretion.
