Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, qualify, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers and partners

- Assess and mitigate operational, regulatory, financial, and contractual risks related to procurement

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards
- Act as the Procurement focal point on strategic projects
Requirements
- Strong experience in strategic and operational procurement in an international context
- Knowledge of International Trade
- Ability to structure and analyze complex procurement operations
- Knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and service delivery models
- Experience in logistics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research companies
- Experience with ANVISA and national and international regulatory authorities
- Previous experience in multinational environments or cross-border operations
