About the role

  • Senior Marketing Analyst developing performance-driven lead acquisition strategies. Innovating customer acquisition through data-driven marketing and channel optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve the customer acquisition strategy (paid, owned, and earned), oriented to the full funnel;
  • Define goals and attribution models by channel (Search, Social, Display, Affiliates, Partnerships, and Offline);
  • Plan and execute quarterly experiment roadmaps (A/B and MVT) for creatives, targeting, bids, offers, and landing pages;
  • Orchestrate and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and alternative channels (YouTube, Discovery, Programmatic);
  • Structure and optimize funnels and conversion journeys (landing pages, forms, lead magnets and nurturing flows);
  • Manage key metrics such as CAC, CPL, CTR, CVR, LTV, ROI and ROAS, ensuring targets and margins;
  • Implement and maintain data governance and tagging (UTMs, GTM, pixels, events and conversions);
  • Integrate media and performance with CRM and automation (scoring, nurturing, SQL/SAO and hand-off to Sales);
  • Lead performance and growth initiatives together with Content, BI, Product, Sales and partners/agencies;
  • Build dashboards, generate actionable insights, run performance rituals and present executive optimization plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance or growth, with proven scaling cases;
  • Strong mastery of paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads);
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation (RD Station, HubSpot or Salesforce);
  • Experience with funnel modeling, lead qualification and integration with Sales teams;
  • Solid knowledge of acquisition, conversion and unit economics metrics;
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO and continuous landing page optimization;
  • Knowledge of web analytics (GA4, GTM, UTMs, events and conversions);
  • Ability to build and interpret dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio;
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Proactive, analytical and results-oriented profile with excellent communication skills.
