Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for a centralized Finance Data Mart
- Collaborate with the Head of FP&A and Finance leads globally to define and automate the ingestion of core KPIs
- Work within the ERP organization to ensure upstream data entry and system configurations support downstream analytical needs
- Partner closely with Google Engineering and internal software teams to build a generative AI bot
- Direct engineers in building ML models and LLM prompts that can automatically scan datasets
- Manage the development lifecycle, prioritizing features that provide the highest "Time-to-Insight" for the FP&A team
Requirements
- 12+ years in Finance Systems, Product Management, or ERP Leadership
- 5+ years managing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of Big Data environments (BigQuery/Snowflake)
- AI/ML integration, and Cloud ERP architecture
- Mastery of FP&A workflows, variance analysis, and corporate accounting structures
- Proven track record of working with 'Big Tech' partners (e.g., Google, Microsoft, AWS)
- Ability to manage by influence across a matrixed organization of finance professionals and software engineers
