About the role

  • T&E Analyst managing corporate credit card and expense procedures for Paramount's Finance team. In Budapest, work involves auditing, reconciling, and supporting internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the full lifecycle of corporate credit cards (opening, changes, and closure)
  • Oversee credit card program limits and monitor balances using bank-provided tools
  • Reconcile bank statements with employee-submitted expenses in Concur and financial records in SAP
  • Audit employee expense reports in line with Paramount’s Global Business Expense Policy
  • Ensure timely processing of corporate credit card payments and minimize delinquencies
  • Support employees with card-related issues and inquiries
  • Administer Concur expense system and assist with troubleshooting and compliance issues
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports, including late submitter aging reports and employee receivables
  • Monitor accounting entries in SAP related to card and expense transactions
  • Support internal and external audits and assist with ongoing process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative discipline
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., account reconciliation, debits/credits)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a multinational Shared Services or Finance environment (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and expense management tools (e.g., Concur) (preferred)
  • Previous exposure to corporate credit card programs or T&E processes (preferred)
  • Experience in card program administration, system administration, or finance support roles (preferred).
