About the role

  • Sales Full Cycle role in Barcelona developing partnerships for B2B energy contracts. Analyzing market trends and driving business development efforts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape
  • Create internal presentation materials to synthesize information and support decision-making
  • Conduct ad hoc studies as needed based on identified needs and opportunities
  • Business development (target identification, outreach, pitching, closing, etc.)
  • Build the commercial proposal: storytelling, service offering and customer journey, business model, marketing & communication plans
  • Implement projects with our partners: roadmap, training, onboarding, technical implementation of journeys, coordination with internal teams
  • Monitor activity: define performance indicators, build dashboards, understand partner needs

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration / Business school
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (internships and apprenticeships accepted)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English (all communications are conducted in English)
  • Experience with telephone prospecting / cold calling
