Operations Project Manager internship in a scale-up company providing innovative contract management solutions. Joining a motivated team in Barcelona for a 6-month period.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular checks of user rights and statuses (Sanity Checks);
Manage creation, deletion and modification of access to business tools (Salesforce, Diabolocom, Verint, Google, internal tools…);
Ensure daily monitoring of user access and proper management of available licenses;
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboardings/offboardings;
Track agents' login and availability data to support real-time monitoring;
Handle access incidents reported by internal and external teams (BPO).
Requirements
Student enrolled in a Bac+2 to Bac+5 program in a field related to: management, IT, administration, business, customer support or operations.
Previous experience in an operational or administrative environment is a plus.
You speak French and Spanish or English;
Good command of Excel.
