About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist responsible for providing assistance on various papernest contracts. Focused on customer interactions primarily via phone in Barcelona market.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers, prospects, partners and suppliers primarily by phone (around 50 calls/day) to provide assistance and information
  • Support customers in residential insurance and partner provider offers presented by papernest, with a particular emphasis on the energy sector
  • Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Keep records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints or feedback
  • Monitor compliance with production processes and raise alerts in case of deviations
  • Validate and track contracts requested by prospects, customers and partners
  • Apply defined processes and update documentation as needed in agreement with the manager
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • NIE or valid European passport REQUIRED
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening
  • French (C2); English is a plus
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, a product, service or area of specialization in customer service
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
