Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models, with a strong emphasis on large language models (LLMs)
- Build and deploy intelligent agents using low-code environments such as Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Implement automation solutions with platforms like Power Automate to streamline workflows and integrate AI capabilities
- Contribute to high-code AI development using Azure AI Foundry (preferred)
- Collaborate with data scientists, domain experts, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure high standards of data quality, security, governance, and compliance
- Support the design of scalable AI architectures, including modular agentic systems
- Maintain documentation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems
- Stay up to date on emerging AI technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, AI, and LLM-based architectures
- Experience in data science workflows (data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment)
- Proficient Python programming skills and familiarity with common ML/AI libraries
- Experience with low-code AI agent development (Copilot Studio) and automation tools (Power Automate)
- Strong plus: experience with high-code AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry
- Experience with cloud-based AI systems (Azure ecosystem preferred)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
