Responsibilities
You support the entire recruiting process.
This includes assessing staffing needs with team leaders, drafting job requirement profiles, defining the search strategy and channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing applicants.
You accompany and support our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
You work closely with other departments to achieve strategic HR goals and report regularly to our HR Manager.
Requirements
A relevant degree in HR/personnel management is an advantage but not mandatory.
What matters more to us is that you think and act independently, creatively, and with an innovative mindset.
You have some prior experience in HR, ideally in labor law and recruiting.
You bring solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience with digital time-tracking systems.
You are confident using online recruiting platforms and social media (XING, LinkedIn, Instagram) and proficient in MS Office.
You have excellent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
