About the role

  • Store Manager leading the Pandora store team to deliver amazing customer experiences. Driving sales performance while fostering a high-performance culture within the store.

Responsibilities

  • Immerse yourself in the brand, culture, and product
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor
  • Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Assistants
  • Establish a high-performance selling environment and exceed targets
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to your team
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
  • Care in communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
