Requirements
- University degree with a focus on Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Software Engineering, or extensive professional experience in related fields.
- At least 5 years' experience managing IT projects, working in requirements management, or serving as an IT Product Owner.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as assertiveness and persuasiveness.
- Willingness to engage with and learn new topics or areas of work.
- High degree of customer/service orientation, combined with a confident presence and determination.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Limited travel required.
