Sales Advisor responsible for creating memorable customer experiences at Pandora boutiques. Supporting brand storytelling and achieving sales goals in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
Increase sales and meet individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
Build strong connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs
Develop and share your knowledge of jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience
Foster customer loyalty — invite customers to join the loyalty program, present new arrivals and generate interest in upcoming launches
Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and storing items in the store’s designated areas
Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company’s values daily (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform) and maintaining an elegant, professional appearance
Present the store attractively and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements
Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry is an advantage
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a high-performing team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues
Sales experience, ideally in a retail environment, is a plus
Excellent communication skills; able to approach and interact with customers confidently
Availability to work weekends and public holidays preferred
