Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar retail role (Assistant Store Manager or equivalent)
- Experience in a high-advisory environment where personalized customer guidance is essential
- Exceptional service orientation and enjoyment in inspiring your team daily
- Ability to analyze performance indicators and propose concrete actions
- Strong organizational skills, natural leadership and clear communication
- Proficiency with MS Office and retail-related digital systems
- Languages: French & English required; German and other languages are an asset
- Availability for onboarding in the Lausanne, Zurich, Spreitenbach region and possibly in Copenhagen (CPH)
