Responsibilities
You support the Store Manager in the store’s day-to-day operations
You help create an exceptional customer service environment
You coach, train and motivate the team on a daily basis
You ensure flawless product presentation and high-quality merchandising
You analyze KPIs and actively contribute to achieving the store’s targets
You handle the organization of operational tasks, set priorities and delegate responsibilities
You remain calm during peak periods and ensure efficient customer flow management
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar retail role (Assistant Store Manager or equivalent)
Experience in a high-advisory environment where personalized customer guidance is essential
Exceptional service orientation and enjoyment in inspiring your team daily
Ability to analyze performance indicators and propose concrete actions
Strong organizational skills, natural leadership and clear communication
Proficiency with MS Office and retail-related digital systems
Languages: French & English required; German and other languages are an asset
Availability for onboarding in the Lausanne, Zurich, Spreitenbach region and possibly in Copenhagen (CPH)
