About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support all operational and people aspects of the store
  • Contribute to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging
  • Report to the Store Manager

Requirements

  • Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Assist the Store Manager to ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintain visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards
  • Be customer obsessed and seek to better understand diverse customers
  • Drive a one team culture prioritizing health, safety and well-being of team members
