Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar store.
  • Achieve key commercial targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and deliver the store retail plan.
  • Accountable for all aspects of the store operations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to drive business performance.

Requirements

  • Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintain Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards
  • Be customer obsessed and continually seek to understand our diverse customers
  • Drive a one team culture prioritizing team members' health, safety and wellbeing
