Customer Support Engineer for radio network focusing on critical infrastructure in Germany. Providing 2nd level support and integration of Nokia base stations with hybrid working options.
Responsibilities
2nd level support for the nationwide digital radio network with a focus on base stations
Fault analysis, problem management and incident resolution
Support and coordination of the integration and migration of new Nokia base stations, including their remote configuration
Performing software updates and configuration changes
Participation in change and configuration management and documentation of activities
Active involvement in projects and the further development of the mobile network infrastructure
Requirements
Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification
Experience in building, operating and supporting mobile networks, ideally with Nokia base stations
Solid knowledge of IP networks, IP security and VPN technologies
Experience in 2nd level support
Skilled in analysing and resolving technical faults in complex networks
Confident communication in German and English
Experienced in collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
