About the role

  • Identification, acquisition, and development of potential B2B clients with the aim of establishing long-term and solid business relationships with focus on the Spanish and Portuguese market
  • Taking on projects in the area of sales/business development
  • You will be the point of contact for our new clients, thereby actively contributing to the success of the team
  • Conducting market and trend analyses and providing proactive support in the further development of the business model and business development
  • Preparing pitches and presentations
  • Representing PAIR Finance at trade fairs, exhibitions, and other events

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in FinTech, InsureTech, debt collection, or LegalTech
  • The ability to drive revenue growth and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical affinity, enabling you to explain our technology-based service to leads and potential clients
  • An existing network in B2C-focused industries, which you can leverage to open doors and accelerate pipeline is a plus
  • Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment of working with new technologies such as AI
  • Very good written and spoken Spanish as well as English skills are required, Portuguese or German skills are a plus
