About the role
- Analista de Performance ensuring operational data quality in solar plants at Órigo Energia. Collaborating across departments to enhance energy generation efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Daily ingestion, verification, and standardization of data from solar plants, meteorological sources, and other inputs;
- Identification and analysis of irradiance outliers and energy generation gaps;
- Classification and analysis of operational losses;
- Opening and tracking tickets with other departments;
- Support for the daily update of performance reports;
- Support for Monthly Forecast and Forecast vs. Actual analyses;
- Participation in the monthly Post-Operation review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Energy, Electrical, Production, Mechanical), Statistics, Systems / Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience in the energy sector, preferably in solar generation, with familiarity with inverters, GHI/POA, meteorological data, etc.
- Previous experience in operational data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, macros, and automation.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Intermediate SQL.
- Intermediate English.
- Familiarity with PVSyst, SolarGis, Fusion, and similar tools.
