Responsibilities
- Perform registration and updating of information for schools, products and contracts in the company’s internal systems.
- Validate data received from commercial and operational areas, ensuring consistency and compliance of registered information.
- Identify inconsistencies in registrations, materials and contractual structures, directing adjustments when necessary.
- Support contract formalization processes, ensuring information is correct before finalization.
- Monitor operational requests related to registration, contractual adjustments and system records.
- Record and update information in internal tools and CRM, maintaining activity history and traceability.
- Support the organization of documents and operational controls for the area.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve registration inconsistencies.
Requirements
- Higher education in progress or completed in Administration, Management, Business Processes or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
- Experience with administrative, operational routines or registering information in systems.
- Experience with CRM tools or management systems is a plus.
- Analytical skills for data validation and identifying inconsistencies.
- Organized and detail-oriented for execution of operational activities.
- Good written communication for interaction with internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize demands and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
