Responsibilities
Support the execution of internal communication actions and corporate events, ensuring alignment with diversity, inclusion and organizational culture guidelines.
Assist in the organization and logistics of internal events (in-person and virtual).
Support the creation and review of content for acculturation campaigns and internal communications.
Assist with controls related to measuring the engagement level achieved in acculturation and internal communication campaigns.
Collaborate with different areas to ensure the execution of planned initiatives.
Contribute to actions that promote accessibility and inclusion in materials and events.
Requirements
Completed or in-progress degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Law, Compliance, Innovation, or Industrial Engineering
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms and ClipChamp)
Basic English
Knowledge of planning and executing corporate events
Familiarity with simple editing tools (PowerPoint, Canva) for creating materials
Basic knowledge of internal communication tools (email marketing, intranet, corporate social networks)
Sensitivity to diversity, inclusion and organizational culture topics — knowledge of Brazilian Sign Language (Libras)
Previous experience in corporate communications or events
Awareness of digital accessibility and inclusive practices
Basic image or video editing skills
Basic knowledge of Creative Cloud applications (video and image editing)
Ability to handle multiple demands and deadlines.
